Hi the second link on this answer is dead. We are experiencing the same
problem, and have attached direct recipients and a proof list but no joy
sending a proof, just give us '0' to send.
Hi, If you are getting "error: no data received", try clearing your
browser cache and try again. If you are getting redirected to the login
page, enter your credentials and login, it will take you to the
ClientCare interface. Thanks!TM
