Re: AEM form queries - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 13-01-2016
Too many Q's 🙂 I will try to answer them. In the mean while can you have a look at the video series here - http://tv.adobe.com/watch/adobe-experience-manager/overview-of-adaptive-forms/ , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OivXb6hb-Q I hope some of your doubts would be cleared by this. Please get back with your doubts after watching this.

Re: Backward compatibility between AEM forms OSGi 6.1 and AEM forms OSGi Feature Pack 1 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 03-01-2016
Both of the releases are compatiable to each other. There is a more easy way to write expressions that has come up with 6.1 FP1 . Rule editor is the new way to write expression with. Please have a look at https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-1/rule-editor.html

Re: Mapping XSD elements to custom form components - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 15-10-2015
This is no provision to register any new AF component against any of the element/attribute type right now.

Re: Mapping XSD elements to custom form components - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 15-10-2015
Yes you can achieve this by simply do it by dragging dropping you custom component from side kick and then giving correct bindRef (for putting bindRef - open the edit dialog of the component , navigate to the script tab) to the component just dropped.bindRef for element/attribute can be seen by double clicking the element/attribute in the data model hierarchy. Just copy paste the same in the bindRef field of the edit dialog.

Re: How to hide a field in AEM6 adaptive form based on logged in user - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 15-10-2015
Session userSession = slingRequest.getResourceResolver().adaptTo(Session.class);String userId = userSession.getUserID();You can do many othre things like getting userManager , authorizable etc once you have the session. You can set a flag in JS and based on that flag write visibility expression on that field

Re: dispatcher configuration in apache - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 15-10-2015
Let me ask a few basic questions first. Are you able to access you page when you hit the apache port ?If you are not using dispacher but trying a web server (apache in your case). This looks to me a very common configuration problem. Can you try the first few links mentioned in https://www.google.co.in/search?q=ap_proxy_connect_backend+disabling+worker+for&oq=ap_proxy_connect_backend+disabling+worker+for&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8 Let me know if you still face the issue...
