Hi, it seems your event contract definition doesn't include the audience field property.check if your event is published in your environment.After publishing go to API preview tab and ensure that you are using the exact definition from there while invoking the API call?Check if you are using any incorrect personalisation in your HTML template. Hi Robert, Adobe campaign standard and classic both use a different format for schema definition. you have to write a custom schema transformer which will transform the classic schema xml into the Adobe campaign standard format. I would recommend you should define a new data model for standard as this tool works and behaves differently to classic. Create a new schema Data model in a dev environment using UI in Standard and this will be the sure-shot way to ensure that all definition works proper...

I see Local is an exception there as everything else should be a number.Can you check what is the value for option "NmsExecutionInstanceId", "MC_LastEventsRtSynch_%" and "MC_LastEventsBatchSynch_%"?if any of these values are missing then you have to fix it.in your case, "NmsExecutionInstanceId" should be set to 1"MC_LastEventsRtSynch_%" and "MC_LastEventsBatchSynch_%" should be set to a valid date time. something in past.

There can be two problems.The first device is unable to connect with APNS servers to submit the Push id or Second APNS server is unable to establish the connection with the Marketing server. Can you raise a support ticket with Tech Ops? They are better suited to help you as they will have access to logs.Regards,Amit
