I'm a beginner with Premiere Elements 12. I have a MP4 audio file as part of a video (with no images just sound) that I imported from a flash drive by Premiere Elements Add media - It went into the Video track! Is there a way to move it to the Narration track or audio track or can I overlay this track photo stills by using another video track? Any help you care to offer will be appreciated.
