Hi Jared, at this time it isn't possible to add a banner directly to the Hamburger menu as banners appear in browse pages and are not something you can directly navigate to, like a collection or an article.I suggest if you are looking to have a navigation jump link in the hamburger menu, that you create an HTML article that just has a javascript meta refresh to go to whatever location you are trying to get to.The HTML article would simply be something like: window.location.href='http://location2.com/';

Hi Jared, we have strict rules for what type of images we support (.jpg and .png) with specific size constraints for brand image. I'm not entirely sure why the button would be disabled if you have sufficient permissions to edit the project. Can you reach out to Adobe Support with your publication ID and we can take a look.
