  • Okay nevermind.... I got it. I just changed the data format to integer in the binding tab of the Numeric Field and it worked. (Almost) it just rounds down to the lowest whole number. But Thats okay with me. Thanks

  • I have a calculation script that sometimes returns a decimal result. How would I create a script that would round that decimal up to the next whole number? Anyone have any idea's?

  • okay trying a different approach. How would I delete all instances in a repeatable subform that has independent delete buttons for each line. I think that you refer to all instances with the [*]. But that must not be right because I keep getting an error when trying to put in into a line of code. Ca...

  • Yeah I did that 100 times thinking something is wrong. It does not recognize a problem, but yet the calculations still do not work. I am not getting any errors when I test the form. It just plain wont work I am going to keep plugging at it until I find a work around. Thanks though for your time... ...

  • I think I found a way to make it work without an else statement by putting the script into the numeric field where the calculations are to be done. I must be doing something wrong though because its not working even when it seems like it should.. grrr Here is my best shot at it. if(carpetSUB.width15...

  • Okay I am getting pretty good at the "if" statement and the "else" statement as well. But what do I do if I need 2 conditions to be met before something is done on my form. I am going to do my best to explain what it is I am trying to do. I want radio2 to change its value to 2 when radio1 has a valu...

  • Yeah I am curious as well if this can be done. But I would be more interested in a submit button that would not open the users email client. How would you use a submit button that would send an email to me from the server that hosts my webpage? Is that possible? Or is the topic way off the topic of ...

  • Okay thanks for that. But are there stipulations to that code working? Like being a dynamic form? I am not sure what I am doing wrong. The code does not work in what I am doing for some reason. And just to make sure it was not the code, I started a new form and did some basic fields (radioButtons an...
