I don't know if I got your question correctly, but we are using Adobe InDesign to create the page, Content Station create the issue, Folio migration tool to migrate to the AEM Mobile system and then there publishing the content that is shown in those images I uploaded before.Was that what you want to know?Thank you

I asked Andrei about your card size, and he said that you haven't hit a limitation. The maximum height is 100, so creating a 10x21 card in a 10-column layout should work.
