Can you be more specific?  It's been a while since I tried this, but I, too, have wished for anchors on navto: links.  Can you describe what you were doing that didn't work and what did?

sounds like a certificate / mobile provisioning file problem.  If the UDID of your device is not in the mopro, it will behave like that.

I wouldn't have guessed that .htaccess would have any effect on the plugin's ability to get files from the filesystem.  Is it actually making http requests to get the templates and whatnot?

FWIW, this plugin doesn't really handle filesystem stuff terribly well.  It throws lots of stuff into /tmp and never bothers to clean it up, and is very sensitive to file/directory permissions.  Make sure that whatever user your webserver is running as can actually see your template files and assets...

Will you post the .article in question?  I suspect you're ending up with some funky characters in one or more filenames that mismatch how they're displayed in the manifest.  This took me forever to troubleshoot the other day (not using the Wordpress plugin), and seeing the .article should definitely...

Make sure you republish or repreflight the collection after you set not to swipe. I always forget that myself.
