Hi,From your request, only opens can be tracked. If an email is
forwarded, opens will be counted for the initial recipient, but Campaign
will have no way to know if there has been a forward.There is no way of
knowing if an email has been deleted or if it landed in the spam folder.
I think it cannot be customised either.I'd suggest to have a look at
