I'm not 100% certain about this, but I think the error you are seeing is generated because you are using your real Apple ID to authenticate in your app. You need to use an iTunes sandbox account to actually test this.

All iOS signing needs to be done on an OSX machine as the tools to do it are unavailable on Windows.Neil
