Re: Introducing the Mobile App Engagement Guide - Adobe Experience Cloud Mobile 23-10-2018
It's a specific permission within your Adobe Analytics product profile settings. Make sure the appropriate Product Profile you belong to within your Adobe Analytics implementation has the specific permission of Mobile App Admin within Analytics Tools. Then, when you navigate to Adobe Mobile Services, you should be good to go.Cheers!Jeff

Re: Processing Rules - Maximum Number - Adobe Analytics 05-12-2017
Actually, I think I may have found the answer. The Adobe documentation is difficult, at best, to search, but I used the terms "processing rules limits" and found this page (if you simply click the link below, it will take you to the very top of the release notes page; you'll need to click the link on the page for Analytics and then scroll down, or you can copy the URL below into your browser bar):https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/whatsnew/06182015.html#analytics__features_analytic...

Re: Purchase Event, Serialization and purchaseID in DTM - Dynamic Tag Management 27-10-2017
Much appreciated. Meanwhile, it would be extremely helpful if this information were provided in the Help documentation for DTM implementation. I spent quite a while looking to make sure I wasn't missing anything before posting to the forum.

Re: event serialization using custom code - Adobe Analytics 02-04-2018
There are actually two types of event serialization: serialized per visit, and serialized via event ID. Both can be activated in the admin console under report suite settings.Serialized per visit means that only the first instance of an event is counted per visit. event1 can fire on every page, but it will only be recorded once with this setting enabled.Serialized per eventID uses the logic you stated: s.events="event1:12345" means that if Adobe Analytics ever sees another event1:12345 it will b...

Re: Adobe Analytics Timing Out - Adobe Analytics 19-09-2016
Hi Jeff,Could you ask your colleague to clear his browser cache and then try? Also there has been multiple availability incidents with reporting along with a maintenance release last week, though I doubt that may have caused it. Let me know if the issue is still persisting.Thanks.

Re: Decrementing Events - Adobe Analytics 09-08-2016
Actually, I just heard back from my Adobe contact named Susan Vertrees, and she said:"Yes, you can now set negative events. I don't know if it is in the documentation yet, but I have another client who has been doing it for about 18 months now." There you have it from an official Adobe consultant. Until they update the official documentation, I'll use this as my official answer for now. Thanks for chiming in, though!

Re: Device Type Report Disappearing for Users? - Adobe Analytics 15-09-2016
I found out what happened. Evidently, when Adobe changed the location of the Device Type report over to the Mobile group on the Reports page, it also affected the visibility setting on Video & Mobile Reports access:As a result, I've had to go into my User Group settings to update any with Custom settings to place a check in the box next to Device Type. This was a bit frustrating, as I learned a good number of my User Groups were affected. I'm actually surprised more people didn't ask about this ...

Re: All report suites must have the same Conversion level - Adobe Analytics 02-12-2015
Very much appreciated. That's exactly the detail I needed to review. It's always the simple things that cause the most heartburn.
