  • Here is another one.  I'll replay a process instance.  It will start fine, but after a few process activities, the replay window will freeze, but the progress bar at the top will continue. I have to close the workbench completely and reopen it to continue with anything.

  • We update PDF Fields using FormDataIntegration -> exportData, and after updating values in XML, FormDataIntegration -> importData.  These are apparently being depracated in ES2 though.

  • I'm seeing two consistent issues with the process replays(ES2 SP2).One is that workbench completely crashes when I replay a specific process.  A workaround that I've found for this is to open the process first in the editor and then select a process instance to replay. The second issue is that I can'...

  • Nith, thanks for the reply, but no, it is not necessary to render the form again after the import operation.

  • Please take a look at the attached screenshots.  I removed the name of the form.  The bottom line is that the form appears to be fine during the process replay(I can view the PDF) but it is not appearing in the workspace correctly.  This has occurred multiple times.  Thanks.Nick

  • We're using version 9 SP2 with a version 8.2 process. We have forms that are rendered and submitted as PDFs in workspace.  Occasionally, when a form is proceeding through the process steps, it is somehow becoming an XDP only, so when the the next approver logs into workspace to view the form, the onl...

  • I'm creating a PDF in Designer ES2.  When the file is saved as an XDP, it's 49k.  When I save as a dynamic PDF, it's 1.4M, and when I save as a staic pdf, it's 600k.  Is that expected?
