Hello CocoWorld,I am after a pod just like fileShare except for the Userinterface which needs to be internationalise (in french). That is where i naturaly looked at the FileShare model usedin the SDK example. The problem i encountered is that the example gives me someerrors on uploading file, it starts by updating its size then anerror is thrown.Error #2044: Unhandled ioError:. text=Error #2038: File I/OError. Webcam Subsscriber / Publisher - Adobe LiveCycle 11-02-2009
Hi,Looking at the Webcam example and the WebcamPublisher i cannot find a way to set the size and resolution of the input flux andoutput flux. It stays as a square, like in the example with a lowquality.I guess that is a beta limitation but i would like to makesure. An other question on a use case.Since i will 'limit' our sessions to two users for now i amtrying to display streams as follow:A small video of myself in the corner of a larger areareceiving an audio video stream from an other user.I g...

Cocomo and meta-policy - Adobe LiveCycle 05-02-2009
Hello, I am trying to test an alpha of our cocomo app on localnetwork between separate machines. When i join a room from the machine hosting the webserver itworks fine, the webserver is responsible for spawning a room andgiving users a authoken. When i open a second tab i can see bothusers in the room, so far so good. However When a second user join from an other computer itgets the following error:[SWF] /site_media/cocomo/edoboard.swf - 1,841,439 bytes afterdecompressionCocomo Beta Build # : 0.9r...

Re: Bunch of questions - Adobe LiveCycle 05-02-2009
I will try to implement the roaster way.For question #2 you stated "currently the removeRoom webservice doesn't stop a runningroom" If the room is inactive the remove call still works ?Also i have a security question about #2To tell my swf client the difference between a limited roomin time and an unlimited (paying account) room I will pass it aflag or a key, as well as authtoken and the roomurl at creationtime. But a user can see the "limited" flag and "full" flag (if hehad a previously paid acc...

Bunch of questions - Adobe LiveCycle 02-02-2009
Hello Cocomo's team, i have few questions and concept i wouldlike to validate.1Room managementI don't know if spawning a room on each request is the mosteffective since i would have to login as a developer every time andthat takes a little bit of time. On the other hand if i create apool of 50 rooms and keep track of their names on my server i wouldstill have to login for each of them the time to redirect users tothe app has come, we would call callaccountmanager.getSession("roomname"). When i t...

Re: External authentication question - Adobe LiveCycle 31-01-2009
My mistake after looking at the external auth i got it sortedand my user given owner rights get loged in straight to the cocomoapp whohoo.Small thing to notice. In the Python example,Its written am = cocomo.accountmanager(room)where it should be accountam = cocomo.accountmanager(account)then login, then create / delete rooms. No ? thats what the ruby n rail does with "new" example.Thats a good first step.I am preparing a bunch of questions for monday.

Re: External authentication question - Adobe LiveCycle 31-01-2009
Thats good, that means i could use the session status todeclare a session ended.I have some little problem validating an externalauthentication.I have a python server script which does the following:room = http://connectnow.acrobat.com/coulixor/base am = cocomo.accountmanager(room) am.login(user, password)Then in a /test i do room = am.createRoom("foobar3", None) sess = am.getSession("foobar3") # the secret is clear since its beta i will regenerate it secret = "06b6c8b4ca1e40e6a2f83e2da0da7c7b" ...

Re: External authentication question - Adobe LiveCycle 30-01-2009
Hi Nigel,Well actually i was thinking about measuring the sessiontime. But that could be done with the client listening for cocomoserver connection and poll the time every minute to my webserver,if the polling stop i can assume that the session ended.I also wanted to know when a session ended to tell mywebserver user A and B are done, which would then generate somestats, compile screenshots uploaded to the server during thesession into a pdf etc. The thing is, how do you differentiate areal stop...
