Re: DTM Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager not connecting to Adobe Analytics - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
Have you added the tool to setup the initial SiteCatalyst configuration ? See : https://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/dtm/#Deploy_Adobe_Analytics For specific configuration details. -Rudi

Re: Tracking Multiple Pages with the Same URL in DTM - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
Is there something in the DOM or some meta information that is in a consistent place that we can detect? If so I would recommend pulling that information into a Data Element. Then you can use that Data Element to build out your page names dynamically.-Rudi More info on Data Elements: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/dtm/data_elements.html

Re: Dynamic Tag Management - Debugger - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
Are you talking about the DTM Browser Switch Plugin : http://help-forums.adobe.com/content/adobeforums/en/marketing-cloud-forum/adobe-marketing-cloud.topic.html/forum__lkzf-_dtm_switchdt.html -Rudi

Re: Tracking Form (submit) with Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
Julia,In the criteria section you have both http & https selcted. If you want both of these options to be valid, then you need to remove them both. Having them both selected might be the issue here as multiple conditions are treated as an "AND" statement. They can not both be true and this could cause issues. -Rudi

Re: DTM Cant overwrite Existing (non-dtm implementation) Pagename w/ DTM Page Load Rule - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
You could build an event based rule to capture the search term at the click on the submit for search instead of the results page.

Re: DTM Cant overwrite Existing (non-dtm implementation) Pagename w/ DTM Page Load Rule - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
The issue is how the "Adobe Analytics Page Code is already present" works. When selected DTM will not activate any of the page load rules, as you discovered. The assumption is that you already have page code on the site and that is handling the analytics. This option does NOT run any sort of detection to see if it can find your code first and then execute if it is not already there.

Re: DTM counts visitor's sessions differently than I expected. - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
This is as intended. Remember that DTM was built to deploy ANY marketing or analytics script so these settings are the browser settings and not those of a specific tool that is deployed in it.-Rudi

Re: I just published, how do I check if my library actually updated? - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
I have to agree with Adam here. Using the functions below is the fastest and most reliable. _satellite.buildDate = the last build date of either the production or staging library_satellite.publishDate = the last date the production library was last published
