Yes please! This is something I am constantly trying to jerry-rig solutions for using many sordid processing rule schemes.

All correlations are now available out of the box in SC 15, as of the March 21 2012 release.

I think @spectaprod's solution is very good; there are a lot of uses for Previous Page data in a variable, and there is a plug-in which makes it very easy. However, I will leave voting open in case others feel that this is a must-have out of the box.

@andreasdierl that's true only if you are using the table builder, if you a filtering in the report though you can't just select what you want.

We get around this particular segmentation limitation by populating a prop with the previous page. Then I can build a segment using that prop in the page bucket. But I agree, segmentation on pathing would be nice., and has been an idea for a few years

Agree - seems odd that the default trended view for site metrics is there (vs 4wks / 52wks ago) but then there is no control over looking at this over custom date ranges. Google Analytics does this very well, allowing compare date ranges to be selected for all reports. Tim.
