I had a hard drive crash and when I reinstalled Adobe Digital Editions, I upgraded from 2.0 to 4.0. I had no problem downloading books from the library, transferring to ADE and then to my Nook Color and finally opening and reading. Since using ADE 4.0, I'm getting one of two messages. "This book has been returned. No loan on record." or "Loan token not found". Both ADE and my Nook are authorized with the same ID. I've deleted ADE from the Nook and reinstalled. No joy.
