Re: Issue of configuring the Start Point when migrating to ES2 - Adobe LiveCycle 17-08-2011
Yes this application should be deployed automatically when you install the server.Looking in the Processes view in Workbench is not the right place to look. You should look in the Adminui->Applications and Services->Service Management and confirm that it is in a Running state.Diana

Re: Issue of configuring the Start Point when migrating to ES2 - Adobe LiveCycle 17-08-2011
The caused by section tells you what the problem is:Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Process asset reference could not be resolved. Is this application/asset deployed? Design Time path: /Process Management (system)/1.0/Submit PDF Form.processMake sure your Process Management (system)/1.0/Submit PDF Form.process is deployed. This is a system app and should always be deployed.Diana

Re: Issue of configuring the Start Point when migrating to ES2 - Adobe LiveCycle 17-08-2011
Hi HanThere could be many reasons for the startpoint not rendering...I can't tell from what you have provided. You need to look in the server log to see what caused the error.Diana

Re: v7 Email Receiver vs. v9 Startpoint - Adobe LiveCycle 17-08-2011
HiI'm not sure I understand your use case...it seems like you have tried a bit of everything! Are you using an xdp or a pdf form? Do you need to submit as xdp or pdf?Do you specifically need to customize your email messages on each task? ("Include Form Data in Email" tells me that you are creating custom email templates.) You could also use the main template in adminui and turn on Form and Data there and get a generic email with attachment for each task.I have never seen an issue with "Include Fo...

Re: Attachments get duplicated across Task Assigments - Adobe LiveCycle 09-08-2011
HiI thought this was documented in the Release Notes for ES2/ES2.5. After double checking it does not appear to be there. I will make sure that a blog entry is created to cover this issue.Known issues are catalogued in the Release Notes...so that's your best place to start.Diana

HiBy default, the checkbox to run the Prepare Data on the User service step is turned off.Navigate to the Presentation & Data tab on the User service. If you have selected an Action Profile that specifies a Prepare Data process, you'll see 3 checkboxes under the section: Specify when the Prepare Data process runsCheck "The user opens the task" and it will now run the Prepare Data on the User service.Note: This is unchecked by default so that any data entered on the startpoint step is not overwrit...

Re: Attachments get duplicated across Task Assigments - Adobe LiveCycle 08-08-2011
HiThis is a known issue and has a workaround.Where you access your "list of document" variable via XPath, append [1] to the end of the expression.Example:In Workbench, navigate to the Attachments tab of the User service. In the Output Attachments section, make sure that the dropdown is set to XPath expression not variable.Select your variable of type list of document (mine is myAttachments) and append [1] to it.It should now appear as /process_data/myAttachments[1].Make sure you use this same not...

Re: Admin UI error log - Adobe LiveCycle 21-07-2011
Depends on where you installed it, whether it's Windows or Unix... For Windows, default install is at: C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\logs\server1Diana
