Re: Hey, i used step by step guide(twice), but my signet app still doesn't launch on Ipad. - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 22-07-2015
Th fact that it won't launch and based on the screenshots, it looks like your device is not provisioned. That means your device is not listed in the certificate you used to sign the app. When you sign the app, the signed app contains this list inside it. So when you try and use that is not provisioned, it will not allow it to launch. It is a bit deceiving when one sees the app icon on the springboard. So one thinks the app is installed and everything is OK. But when your device is not provisioned...

Re: HTML Article w/ Social Feed? - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 21-07-2015
Hi Tommy,Can you expand on "won't resolve on the published page"? Like it won't display, or it won't refresh....? Is this what is happening when you load the feed in an article within the app? Where does it show up fine? In a desktop browser? What is it failing to do?

Re: IOS Development Certificates - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 20-07-2015
By "second app" do you mean:A) an update to the first app you created orB) another app altogether (a different magazine for example)?Bob's answer if only applicable if your answer is B.If your answer if A and you're updating the app, you can use all the same certificates as long as they haven't expired. If they've expired you'll need to re-generate the certificates for the app.

Migrated collections - low res article images - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 14-07-2015
When collections are migrated from existing DPS accounts using the Migration tool, all articles are being imported with a small, low-res image as the article image. It's pulling the tiny images that appear in the drop down TOC in current DPS apps. When a grid layout and card layout are set up for these collections, if is pretty much required that we use tiny image sizes or the images will look fuzzy and pixilated.Any way to have the Migration Tool pull the image that displays in the scrubber bar...

Re-ordering items within a collection - Send to first/last button - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 09-07-2015
When re-ordering items within a collection that contains enough items that the drag requires an auto-scroll of the content list, the item being dragged does not end up where it needs to be if the content move did require an auto scroll. What one needs to do in this case is drag in segments until the item ends up where it needs to be.I think having "Send to First" and "Send to last" buttons would help speed things up. The could also be "Send to Top" and "Send to Bottom".Also, the ability to move t...

Re: Html-article looks different in Safari than in the DPS-app - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 01-07-2015
I used Chrome to test our responsive HTML tests articles. I also used Dreamweaver to pre preview the HTML as I wrote the CSS to complement the bootstrap template. When I loaded them in the DPS app, they looked 90 to 95% the same as in Chrome. But yes, there were noticeable differences in image scaling both on the iPad and the iPhone. Is there a better way to test how the HTML will actually display when loaded in the DPS app? Perhaps an update to Preview CC?It would be best if we don't have to go b...

Re: PDF to Article - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 23-06-2015
Sounds great! Can Adobe provide such a script so that it can be a companion script to the one that generates all the INDD files from the PDF files? Or perhaps release a new version that does both steps to all the PDF files by running just one script?
