Hi, On the home page (http://localhost:4502/projects.html), select Assets tab and then choose any asset folder. Click on select(icon) and then click on the asset folder. Then click on Timeline, Under the Show all, there is an option to select the workflow to run. On click of the workflow, it doesn's show the workflows list. Which I can use for activation of the folder and its assets. Please let me know if anything is not clear

Hi All, I am looking for solution to show workflow in the Timeline for any particular folder in the DAM. The timeline shows the workflow for any digital asset but for folder type and shows a message(The timeline is not available for the selected item type.) under it. Please suggest if we can somehow customise it to show the workflow for the activation of the folder and files under it in one go.

Is it possible to share an DAM asset and can be accessible in the publisher without login - Adobe Experience Manager 25-10-2015

Hi All, I am looking for an ability to share an asset with someone who hasn’t got a log onto the publisher. There is one facility to download the asset using email or desktop download, but I need to know about the share asset functionality.Please suggest your thoughts on it either ootb or new functionality.

Hi All, I was going through the https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/administering/bulk_editor.html and I am able to search all the assets through this utility. I added the Custom Properties / Columns as cq:tags to edit the tags using the export, but it doesn't show the the cq:tags for the asset. Is there anyway I can export all the assets with its metadata information and add a common tags for all the assets. Why dialog properties are getting inheritance in touch ui whereas classic ui doesn't inherit dialog properties - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015

Hi All,As I am migrating all the classic ui components into touch ui following the dialog conversion instruction, I see the dialog property tabs are automatically getting inherited in the component in touch ui mode. Whereas the classic ui doesnt inherit parent properties, is there any way to stop inheritance at dialog level. As the parents properties has nothing to do in the child page properties.Please share if anyone has any information about this issue.

I haven't changed anything, no js file, no geometric, it was working fine last week in chrome perfectly, but now it is showing heaps of js errors as explained in the above post.The pages are showing up properly in firefox(33.0.2) but not on chrome(Version 45.0.2454.85 (64-bit)).It could be the reason of the chrome update but this problem still persist in my machine.

Hi Mayank,Thanks for the information, I am trying the existing rte as a xtype, but the cq:dialog doesn't show that as it supports the sling:resourceType in place of xtype.Please let me know if we can handle it somehow using the sling:resourceType with existing rte.thanks,Sandeep

I am referring to the same documents but the code link (https://github.com/Adobe-Consulting-Services/acs-aem-commons/tree/release/1.4.2) is not working so can't see the actual implementation for the custom widgets. Also I am not able to find the touch ui component for richtexteditor, this component is used at number of places in the configuration dialog. Custom widgets are not showing in the cq:dialog for touch ui - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015

Hi I am working on touch ui, and converting the dialogs (page properties, dialog etc) into cq:dialog, normal cq widgets are getting converted automatically using the convertor tool.We have many custom widgets which we are calling in the dialogs for configuring various page specific properties, these custom widgets are not showing up in the page properties dialog in touch ui mode whereas showing up in normal mode.Can anyone give any pointers to resolve this issue.
