Thanks all. It is now appearing and functioning in preflight app which is great. I think where I have been going wrong is by simply downloading the app again - but not actually rebuilding/submitting it before I do so. Seems obvious to me now but may be I'm not the only one making the obvious mistake!Grateful as always for the willing and able assistance.

Thanks - good to hear. I think everyone here is going to love the new system and the demo apps I have put together have gone down very well with the management team. My design team have got a bit twitchy about what they see as a slightly restrictive set of options for card design, though. It's about the only objection anyone has had so far, mind you!What we did get quite good at in the old version of DPS was combining other Adobe software like Edge with our workflows. Hi,Usually the issue with descenders being clipped is the font file itself and the way the baselines were set up in the font file. What solved the problem in the few cases we encountered was opening the font in a glyph editing tool and adjusting the cropping line them so it is lower than the descenders.
