When I dig into the history of the collection
TIE_travel_info_essentials_t I only ever see one child of the collection
it it's history that being the TIE_NZ_travel_info_essentials_t
collection. There is another collection which is called
TIE_travel_info_essentials_p that has a banner followed by 4
collections.Could it have been that you happened to look at the "t"
collection and not the "p" collection by mistake?
Do you have a timeframe which you noticed these missing articles from
the collection? Do you have the name of the collection as well that is
missing the articles?
Turns out that the customer requires attention from customer support
regarding their account configuration. We have logged a ticket for
engineering to provide a better error message when there are account
issues.
Can you provide us with your publication id and I can take a look at the
system logs and see what might be going on.I managed to find the
publication ID, and I'm looking into things.ThanksBen
If I recall correct AEM to AEMM connector uses the AEM HTTP proxy
configuration, there was an issue in 6.1 where it did not use the
connector configuration. You would need to setup the proxy configurator
still. Have you tried that?
Hi chandran85965395 what version of AEM are you using? There is a
configuration for the proxy settings [0][0]
