Ability to hide the 'Download original file' option from the proofs settings, at the Account Settings level. To ensure no one turns it back on by accident.

Multiple SSO Providers pointing at the same Workfront Proof account. - Workfront 18-12-2017

Can we please look at the possibility to have 2 SSO providers pointing a the same Workfront Proof account? This would be useful in the situation where our internal team creates proofs for the clients to then access with their own SSO. The SSO option is one of our client 'dream' but because our own team creates the proofs for them and can not have credentials from the client domain, this is impossible to setup.

2 different types of notification - Workfront 14-08-2017

It would be good to have 2 different types of notification, especially with the automated workflows: A main message - set and sent when the proof is created and when a new stage is automatically activated.A 1 time message - set and sent to individual, i.e. a personalised reminder. Currently, when a personalised reminder is sent, it replaces the main message and is then sent to the next stages approvers.

Hi Colinthank you for your answer. I had the Support team on call and that's what we did:Re-encode the video and package the artwork to make sure everything was linked properly.

Hi,Can you help me find out why I meet the error message below when I try upload my .article, please? Deadline is tomorrow morning at the client.File is built in InDesign, has a video inserted.I've already tried without the video and in that case the upload works.I also tried to check the manifest.xml but when I zip and unzip it's creating a .cpgz file and it's impossible to access the manifest.xml)Thankyou,Sophie

Hi, that's what I have done and the important delay is coming from that solution Could Adobe add a way to hide the banner? or make the other solution quicker?

Hi,It is separate HTML pages working with the navto:// but every pages aretaking ages to load using this solution. When linking them withsrc="url-in-same-folder" it's faster but adds the 'Done' banner.My problem is the client wants it to be fast but doesn't want the 'Done'banner. Is there a way to deactivate the 'Done' banner or make it quicker?I need to know asap as the deadline for this project is today Sophie*Sophie Auzuret *Technical Services executive

HiCould you make the links between HTML pages possible (in the same .article), please?Creating one article per page and linking them article to article is taking ages to load the app and I can't sell that to my client.Thankyou,
