Could someone help explain why the mobile view doesn't reflow content in
a better order by default. I'll try and explain. Desktop ViewImage |

when i try and move the elements in mobile view only it affects the
desktop view. I've used systems before where this functionality was

WKF-560029 The document types of inbound events ('' and 'head:profile')
are incompatible (step 'Update data 2') - Here the inbound dimension and
the dimension selected in properties(profile) are not matching. I think
it is better to check with Adobe campaign support to review the
configurations. Without seeing how the workflow was setup, it is not so
easy to provide what could have caused this. Support team would help you
fix this easily.Thanks!
Hi @David_Chick,Apologies for the delay in your query resolution. I am
having a look at it and I will try and get it resolved at the
earliest.Thanks, Sukrity
HI Sukrity, i tried this and it doesn't work. I even created a profile
manually, exported that profile to get the example profile for the
others to match and i get an error. The workflow aspect of importing
contacts is awful.
We've just done a warm up and had to create audiences with an
incremental increase in profiles. Then send the email to different
audiences over the course of a week
