Hi @fredericom24805345Is this the first time you are trying to setup IMS integration ? Did you check the web logs for any additional information you get there regarding this error ?Usually the issue is with the association mask or product context so its worth checking the external account as well within ACC.Regards,Ananya Kuthiala

Hi braullio_soares​Yes there are delivery logs for test profiles in ACS In order to access them you need to open the main delivery and then on the top left of the screen you will see text "Summary". You just need to click on that and from the dropdown box select proofsOnce you open the proof then you would be able to see the exclude logs for it.Regards,Ananya Kuthiala

Hi jennyf54893966From the error it appears that delivery/workflow would be setup to use a pre defined filter which has internal name FLT12. Hi sr508​As far as i know Campaign cannot validate if a email address is valid or not however there are few websites which i think can. Now in order to check if an email has been sent or not to a particular recipient, you can open the delivery and click on delivery tab and there you can see if the email has been successful or not. Hi komal76​Adobe campaign standard is Saas based solution hence works via browser and cannot be installed locally so your current hardware configuration should be sufficient.For Adobe camapign classic if you plan to install it locally to learn and explore than 4gb of ram plus an i3 processor would be sufficient enough plus 80 gb of free disk space on Hdd.Adobe campaign classic server or console cannot be installed on Mac as it only supports windows,CentOs,Debian and RHEL. Hi komal76​Could you specify which tool are you referring too ? Its just not Adobe software that would be running at times but other software's as well so it basically depends on your usage of the application. For example if i want to run AEM author and dispatcher instance locally i would atleast have 8 gb of ram plus atleast i5 processor. Similarly if you only use adobe campaign classic console then even 4gb would be sufficient as it is just a client console and not the server itself.Regards,An...

If your message centre/execution instance is hosted by Adobe then please raise a support ticket as 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 would need to be whitelisted in LAN security zone and user/password needs to be set to true.In the below format :
