I don't see any issue with these logs. There are 26 upgrade tasks and they need to complete before the upgrade is complete. CQ62Html5SmartFileUpgrade is one of those steps.I suspect these environment has many many nodes where you it's parsing coz the version purge and other maintenance activities were not performed before the upgrade was started.

For AEM 6.2, You need to install FP-17061 to get this functionality. Open a daycare ticket to get access to it.

For 6.3.2.2, You need cq-6.3.0-featurepack-24640-1.2.zip . Open a daycare ticket to get access to it. It's not yet available at Adobe Package share cloud.

This is already fixed in latest maintenance releases. Please update the instance to latest Service pack and CFP and this should be taken care of.Download the CFP and SP from Adobe Experience Manager Help | Release Notes: AEM 6.3 Cumulative Fix Pack

Go to useradmin, For everyone group make sure you have read permissions to /etc/tags and folder under it.In AEM 6.4, the path for the tags would be /content/cq:tags. You can check for the same permission for the everyone group.

my 2 cents : I understand what you are trying to do here but don't think it is possible OOTB. IMO concept of CF relies on the content structure which inturn relies on the referenced content(asset, text etc.) which later can be consumed internally or externally where all these assets reside at a central location for easy management but don't think you can directly put assets to the CF for now

AEM (only author instances) with MongoDB only supports replica-set architecture. Sharding is not supported.(1) : Recommended Deployments

302 status code would suggest an issue on the apache level or resource mapping configuration. Can you bypass the webserver and directly try hitting the author/publish instance

You need to modify your index definition(say DamAssetLucene) to include an analyzer which would have a file which contains the stopwords. You can add all the metadata keywords in this file and after you reindex, fire the query you won't be able to query for such excluded keywords.More information on how you can setup analyzers : Jackrabbit Oak – Lucene Index

Moving pages which were already publishes would trigger a DELETE request for the publish instance, move the page to the new location in the author instance and then replicate it back to the Publish instance. You can do this operation by either disabling the replication agent for a while so that items you move get blocked and don't get deleted/replicated on the publish instance or you can remove the replicate rights for the user with which you are trying to move pages.

You can use the content fragment models by installing a feature pack and expose assets to the public and consume it in external apps and SPAs. In 6.4, this is an OOTB feature(1) : Content Fragment Models

No it's not a bug. If you add/upload an image to the assets console, it would refresh to show the current state of the folder with new files added

by default you don't need to do anything and dynamic loading of the serialization agent would take care of everything. If incase things fails, add (1) to your startup script (start.bat or terminal along with other jvm arguments) where you adjust the path of the notsoserial.jar per your deployment directory(1) : -javaagent:/crx-quickstart/opt/notsoserial/notsoserial.jar

DNashKL Check the path '/content/forms/af' and check the rep:policy nodes under it as one of the users or permissions might be missing here. Compare it with OOTB AEM instance and make adjustments

Can you check if mp-editors and content-authors group exists in the CRX ? Also, check if the "random authorizable" setting ws changed in AEM 6.1 ? If yes, this would have to reverted prior to the upgrade to 6.3

You would need to provide the upgrade.log for review or carefully go though warning and errors as this would give an indication why this task failed

For someone reason(either cookie getting dropped or an extra redirect happening somewhere) could causing this. I'd suggest to open a daycare case so that someone can debug this dedicatedly.Provide the following information once you raise the case :- HAR file for a full cycle of login cycle- SAML config

content fragments in my opinion are used to expose assets from AEM so they can consumed within aem or externally. As you assets you are outside AEM, either you expose an API on the system where your assets are stored and use it OR import the metadata properties using importer and create node structures in AEM for those assets properties (which IMO would be a heavy task)IMO if your asset system allows for exposing an API for the metadata of the assets, this might be the best way forward.

You can try the following approach - Use contextHub gelocation store for identifying the location of the user- Have images tagged with city tags or embed metadata pointing to city, state or province to identify the location of the assets- Use reverse geolocation APIs by google maps to identify nearby parks- Use contexthub targeting engine and create segments to display personalized content

This is expected as /system/sling/login doesn't actually exist in the system and per the SAML config and the attribute 'Default redirect' points to / hence the redirect you see.

This looks like a case of index corruption. I would suggest to first update your instance to the latest oak release and once completed, reindex the damAssetLucene index
