The log file is saved to your home folder. You can open that file and read the messages to try to find the error. The most probably cause is a duplicate certificate in your keychain. Open the Keychain Access utility and check to make sure the certificate you're signing the app with doesn't have a duplicate.Hope this helps. Happy holidays!

I just tested and it works well. I think the best would be for you to test by installing the APK on your device and you'll have a couple of things to check:- Once the App is installed, go to the menu > settings and make sure Allow Push Notifications is checked (it should be by default.- Also go to Settings > Device > Sounds and Notifications and make sure you Show All Content on Lock screen

This is part of the Play Store settings which each and every one of your readers will have set up to their own choice... I believe the default is to notify when updates are available though

I’m not sure what’s not clear here. With an MSO only one state at a time can be active. Shameless self-promotion follows. I have a course on lynda.com that deals exclusively with multi state objects: http://www.lynda.com/InDesign-tutorials/Developing-Multistate-Objects-InDesign/197346-2.html If you don’t have a subscription, this link will get you a 10-day trial: http://lynda.com/trial/boblevine

Keep in mind, when you set a dimension while working on a layout rendition it's only for visualizing in the Layout Templates system. You are not setting the dimension of your reader's browser window when they're using the web viewer. They could change the size of their browser window at any time. The "Make Default" sets a layout rendition (tablet initially is the default) to be used as the starting point when you add a new layout rendition. HELP explains this.So initially, tablet is the default. ...

I am also not Mark, but would like to have that feature as well. Please note, that there are others who asked for that too: e.g. https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2010095If you could link to a collection, you could use the same collection with different teaser images for example. For us, as we have a lot of nested collections, we would like to build a consistent navigation on article and collection level. So we would like to build our own buttons for back and home that could be placed on articles a...

Not sure about the bootstrap specifics, but If the article requires any assets for construction that aren't in the main folder, DPS will probably fail to launch the article - even if it builds the article file without any problems.

It's quite possible that your mapping rule isn't working the way you intend, and you're getting a different card.A troubleshooting technique I use is to enter text into a metadata label field that identifies the card. That way I see which card is picked with the mapping rules. Great while I'm troubleshooting, then I remove it when I know mapping is right.HTH

Lots of activity on this thread .1. On image resolutions:Use largest assets available, and keep in mind in working with images in DPS2015, it's the aspect ratio that matters in their positioning, and not their pixel size. We encourage the use of large images so that when higher-res devices are out there, you don't want to re-upload all article assets to avoid fuzzy pixelated images. Colin did a great job explaining above how the various settings influence the image and the way it is cropped.2. O...

Importance is just another piece of metadata. Similar to department, keywords, or content type; these metadata can be used in a card mapping rule -- if a piece of content (article, banner, or collection) matches the metadata filter for a card mapping rule, then the designated card portrays the content in the browse page.Importance is one of the metadata types used in card mapping. As Neil indicates, share an image or describe your intended layout and we might be able to help more. And let's make s...

You can create cards and layouts before you have content, but unless there's content to back them you won't see anything useful on the device. What I do if I'm interested in just stubbing out a few articles to prototype the structure of an app and play with cards/layouts is I'll create banners instead of articles. Banners are quick to create and don't need a .article file, yet still behave like articles for the purposes of cards/layouts. You can even have them point to an URL so you can get a bit...

Once you create the cards, you need to create (or edit) the layout with mapping rules. Mapping rules in the layout determine which cards are used for layouts. Here are some resources:Create cards and layouts | Adobe Digital Publishing Solution tutorialsDigital Publishing Solution Help | Create cards and layoutsUnderstand card layout in-depthUnderstand grid layout in-depthUnderstand card mapping rules in-depth

Just one.The first yellow card on you mockup would be shorter and create the necessary gap to achieve the stair-step effect in your mockup. It should work that way. If not, then you would create a second blank banner to create the gap.
