Hi Tomo, I checked the reporting date range inside analysis workspace, and there was no data for the reporting period. This could be due to our data retention policy, or due to the fact that no data was collected for the time period.If you adjust your reporting period to a range that has data, I don't expect there to be an error. If there is, let me know the request ID and we can look deeper. Thanks!

Hi Tomo, Adobe Analytics does not have a Device Version(Apple) report out of the box. This leads me to believe that it is a custom report for this report suite based on a prop or eVar.The best way to troubleshoot this report would be to work with the individual or team responsibie for implementing Adobe Analytics on your site - they should have additional logic as to how the data is collected and what it means if the variable doesn't have a value.

You'd need to remove the GA tool if you switched to using the HTML tag in a page load rule. This would prevent the GA script from being fired twice.

No because the data warehouse looks at individual records to see if they met the criteria in the segment. It can't handle a record looking for one thing to happen and then another. It just finds all the records that apply to the segment and outputs them. You can sort them and attempt your own 'then' clause adaptation
