Hi,RahulThanks for replying.I mean that we send same parameter in applications for iPhone and for Apple watch.Indeed, Application for Apple watch is created for it, but it use same parameter as for iPhone. We had no time to set difference parameter.So I need to know to get access data from Apple watch. Tomo

Same segment shows different display between Report Builder and Ad hoc. - Adobe Experience Cloud 15-10-2015

Hi,After big updated in SiteCatalyst, there are many difference from previous version, I know.And I'd like to know there is situation in segment of Report Builder.I wonder why the different display appears in the report builder and Ad hoc even they are in the same segment.One display has a container red background(meaning "excluding") but the other has not(meaning "including").I would like to know how to recover.Regards,Tomo

Hi,I want to know visitor's cookie statement with SiteCatalyst.I have read the tips using the User Report with checking the Non-persistent cookie Visitor option.But someone told me that report was not enough to know users who rejected 3rd party cookies like as iPhone users.Could you advise me how to get that data? Hi,I want to get user number of iPhone 4 or 5 users who use our mobile applications.But, we have no additional javascript code which count iPhone 4 or 5.Adobe support stuff said that iPhone's user agent codes are same at all devices, and we cannot distinguish which device accessed.I cannot implement additional code immediately,So If there is way to get this report, please let me know how to get it.Tomo

Hi,I cannot sign in to report builder 5.0, either.I delete previous version, and reboot PC twice, but it change nothing.When I type my ID, PW and click "Sign in", then my excel freezes....sigh
