We have just launched an app and Direct Entitlement is working through the iPad app, but not through the iPhone. The iPhone message states there is a problem contacted the server.Any suggestions? Thanks,Kelly

Re: LInking to named Anchors - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 03-09-2015
Hello Neil,I followed the format of navto:// in my Dreamweaver document, but the link to the anchor is still not working on mobile and tablet. Here's the anchor in the code: Here's the link to the namedanchor: 1I've also tried: 1 and 1 (Wright is Wright.article)Am I confusing this? navto://[articlename]#[anchorname]For DPS 2015 the name is index.html - but when it's put through the html packager is it loosing the 'article name' as index?

LInking to named Anchors - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 29-07-2015
Is this possible in DPS 2015? I've tried to link footnote numbers to the footnote and the bottom of the page (using Dreamweaver) and the links don't work in the iPad & iPhone app. It does work when I preview my page in a web browser. Is this just something that isn't supported or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Re: Trouble loading test app into iPad - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 08-07-2015

Nowhere in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles on the Apple Developer site did it list the certificate as invalid - in fact it isn't expired. So I just had to generate the dev provisioning file with that active certificate chosen. Thanks for all the great quick resp...

Re: Trouble loading test app into iPad - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 08-07-2015
My last post I wrote distribution, but I meant development. I've done both - signed with development and ad-hoc certs with no luck. I restarted the device and still no luck. Regenerated certs - no luck.

I signed it with a distribution cert, should I try an ad-hoc cert? Worth a try.

Yes, the second signed IPA. I've loaded it using DIAWI.com and also dragging it into iTunes.

Recreated and generated a new .mobileprovision file - tried it on two iPads w/ checked UDIDs - still the same result. There has to be something I'm missing, but I can't find it. App ID is correct, UDIDs listed...
