Yes it's the same. I actually haven't tried it on a computer outside of my work network. I'll give that a shot and get back to you.

just a quick note. Banner Image is Base64 Encoded image.Please try with high resolution image. How are you converting Image to Image data (base64) ? is there some compression taking place ? Or try including image without encoding. Note:- Base64 image is only useful for tiny images. Base64 encoded files are larger than the original. ~kautuk

I am having a similar issue with the top level nav not appearing when the screen is tapped. In my case I have narrowed the issued down to pages with an embedded youtube video (using the youtube iframe snippet). It's specifically an embedded youtube video, I've used other sources for the iframe and the nav works properly (as it does if I remove the iframe entirely).
