Hi Bushra,In order to import workflow templates, you would need to navigate to the correct path where the workflows templates are stored.Workflow templates are stored in the Resources > Templates > Workflow templates node of the Adobe Campaign tree.Additionally, Please refer to the below screenshot, where I clicked on new workflow, clicked Template and navigated to the correct node, where the template was stored, double click the workflow that you needs to be used.Thanks,Shefali Mittal
