Hi Quelle, When a user submits a request through an intake queue, they
receive an email notification with the details and link to the request
in the system. After submission, whomever triage's the request can input
an update that would then send another email to the user letting them
know the expected turn around time. If you want the user to have the
information when they submit the request, you can place the information
in the Description field of the project you're using as a queue for the
