Re: A designer sends the proof URL to Reviewers. At times some of the reviewers are being asked to sign in to review the proof. I would like to disable this option. Is that possible? - Workfront 09-04-2021
For a while we had a chant of “Share Share” to remind people what to do‚Äî the share link is 2 clicks away and halfway down the list, which, IMHO is bad user interface for the primary way to share a proof. . Then Workfront changed the verbiage so it no longer says “Share” making it even harder to remember, and we never came up with another way to learn it beyond my repeating the instructions with screenshots every time it happens.

Re: Adding SLA to project Request form - Workfront 12-03-2021
Hi Quelle, When I want to provide instructions to users on forms I use Descriptive Text fields. If you're using a request queue, you can put instructions in the Description field of the project that has the queue settings to place instructions at the very top of the page like below. Recently I created a form using the descriptive text that was simply a link to the SLA's for the team. That could be an option also. Hope this helps, Teale

Re: Is there a way to move the issue details "up" in the project details area? - Workfront 04-03-2021
Got it. I see what I did wrong. You were right, I wasn't using the correct custom form. I'm all good now, description with details are now in the job under Project Details. Thank you!

Re: How do I set up an automatic reply with a service agreement and timing on a project request? - Workfront 01-03-2021
Hi Quelle, When a user submits a request through an intake queue, they receive an email notification with the details and link to the request in the system. After submission, whomever triage's the request can input an update that would then send another email to the user letting them know the expected turn around time. If you want the user to have the information when they submit the request, you can place the information in the Description field of the project you're using as a queue for the us...

Re: How do you receive "Request Submitted" email notifications? - Workfront 25-01-2021
Just to add on to this... to cover all bases, you will want to make sure "I get a new work request" or "My team gets a new work request" is checked for a request queue. While technically requests and issues are the same object, there are some notifications that only happen when it is a request from a request queue and some when it is an issue created on a task. (It all depend if the "Publish as a help desk queue" is checked. We have had some issues in the past with that.
