We would to be able and decide when we want to implement a release with new features. Maybe we want to push out new features that wouldn't have a huge impact on our business, but others will change the way we do business, so we'd like to be able to push those out when we are ready.

We need the ability to copy recurring requests. All responses to fields and what is needed on the request form is the same, except for date needed.

Instead of only having save buttons only at the bottom of custom forms, it would be wonderful to also have a save button at the top. We have to scroll clear down to re-save a form when making changes. This is especially needed for custom forms attached to projects or tasks.
