OK - I have done some more testing and discovered the following: The browser freezing issue continues with existing projects, even if I change the task list view to have only one column (Task Name). There is no grouping or filter applied, nor custom formatting on the one visible column. However, if I create a new project with hundreds of new tasks, the performance is fine...no freezing. Even if I use one of our normal views, there is no freezing issue, so I believe this confirms that the view is...

Scott, Greg and Vikram - thank you for your feedback. Workfront Support hasn't yet suggested anything regarding the views being the likely cause. I will have a play around with these and see if I can isolate the issue. It's good to know that it is something that could be easily fixable. Regards, David.

Hi, We have found a performance issue which I strongly believe is at the client end. This is not cloud-server or network related....it seems to be platform/browser related. On most small projects (less than approx 30 tasks), performance is normal and quite reasonable. However, on larger projects (e.g. 100 tasks), the browser (chrome or firefox) intermittently and significantly freezes when scrolling up and down, even after the initial list of tasks has finished loading. Hi Marty, Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend LEAP this year...hope it went well! I'm keen to know - regarding your proposed solution of a PTO project - how does this affect utilisation and availability reporting? I presume that as long as you book someone as 100% for leave bookings it doesn't increase their availability for other work, but is there any area that is shows that they had more available working hours than they really had? (if you know what I mean?) i.e. it shows that they worked ...

Per my comment on the other thread, yes - please bring back the ability to paste screenshots into the ticket directly. I would also like to know how you can request a ticket to be escalated. One of my tickets seems to be allocated to someone who has possibly left the company (no response and no photo). Will probably have to go via our account rep soon.

The thing I miss most is being able to paste a screen dump straight into the ticket. It's a pain to have to save it as an image first and then attach it.

Hi Andrew, We've just started trialling Azuqua's integration platform and I can see some potential for automating this sort of stuff too.....early days for us so I can't say if/how you could do it but I think it should be a good option for some of the routine admin functions which can't be automated within Workfront itself. Hi Alyssa, This is because "Planning" equates with "Planning" in the Project Statuses setups. The answer depends on why you are putting projects back into planning....is it intended that you are just changing some of it but you want the existing tasks to remain in execution? If so, it might be better to create a new status (e.g. Execution + Planning Changes) and set this to equate with "Current" which means that the users will still see their assigned tasks as active tasks.
