We've jerryrigged Workfront into tracking our Strategic Plan. Our Strategic Plan has several layers - Thematic Goals, Defining Objectives, Standard Operating Objectives, Projects, then Milestones. On the back end, we have a separate Portfolio just for the Strategic Plan and a Program for each unit that has Strategic Plan items (Academics, IT, Fiscal, Marketing, etc.). System Slowness and Pages not Loading? - Workfront Archived Groups 30-10-2019
Has anyone else been experiencing massive system in the new experience? Pages are taking a long time to load for me and then after taking forever I get a "Something went wrong" error message. I also see nothing when I click on my Global Nav waffle. I had to go into an incognito window to be able to switch myself back to the old experience to be able to work. We don't really use layout templates even in the old experience. Our user work very differently depending on whether they are working on their day to day work or if they are a customer for another unit. What they need to see is different depending on the perspective they're working from so it hasn't made sense for us to really assign layout templates overall. Reviewer Global Nav not updating? - Workfront Archived Groups 22-10-2019
I'm trying to add Projects to a test Reviewer'rs Global Nav in the New Experience. No matter what I do the only things that show up are Requests and Documents. Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else running into this issue? In the old experience we are able to add Projects to the global nav for Reviewers. Hi Kirsten, I'm glad I'm not the only one! I can't imagine this is how it should work. And it if it is, it's not a very good design. If people are supposed to be able to work in the new experience while others work in the old experience, it's unhelpful to sys admins to only see the view that they are registered for and not what the customer is seeing. Logging In As User - Workfront Archived Groups 17-09-2019
Apologies if there is already a thread for this. Right now only us Sys Admins are enrolled in the new experience in production. On Friday I was assisting a user with an issue she was having and logged in as her. When I logged in as her it logged me in to the new experience even though she is not enrolled in the new experience and never has been.
