Hi Jenna: Our workflow is slightly different, using an approval by the
Traffic team to launch the conversion process. Our Creative Traffic team
converts requests from a simple report of new issues added. The report
contains basic information (name, source, their business unit, which
request queue they came from (we have several), priority, status (new,
awaiting brief approval, waiting for more information etc.) and the age
