Request Queues - Add a Favorites star icon to the New Requests page, at the Queue Topic level - Workfront 26-10-2020
When I go to the New Requests page there are lots of choices available. I could go down many paths searching for the right place to put my request. I would love a way to tag the Request Queue Topic, when I find it, as a Favorite, so when I need to make a similar request again I can go right to it. I mean right to the place where I fill in the form and click Submit. Just put a star icon somewhere that I can click on and see this in a section with my other favorites, like projects and reports.

Re: Is there an efficient way to input time + time zone (e.g. 09:00 am PT) that allows for correct chronological sorting across a global team? - Workfront 01-10-2020
Jonathan, Can you explain the purpose of your report? Are these times being used in Workfront projects, such as in Planned Completion Dates? Do you want to see all the times people will be completing tasks in various timezones? If that's what you're looking for it may help to know that Workfront will show time values based on your computer's timezone setting. So if you're in New York you may see a task due to be completed at 4:00 pm while a user in Los Angeles looking at the same task would see ...

Re: How to make a report with multiple rows that is filled in by the users and is unlimited? - Workfront 03-09-2020
Jill, here's an idea, if I understand what you need. This is a little rough, but might meet your urgent need. You could create an issue report. Maybe call it "Shared Links", and only put two columns in the view: a name column and a URL column. Change the header title on the URL column to "Shared Links".Put a filter in there to exclude any issues you might already have in your project. If you're not using issues on these projects you can leave the filter blank.Save the report and then add it to a ...

Re: Is it possible to restrict user for registering not more than 24 hours in Timesheet under individual task? - Workfront 31-08-2020
Hi Kundan! No, there's no way to restrict how many hours are reported on each task or a combination of tasks. The best thing to do is create an "exceptions" report, where you can use filters or conditional formatting to call out such mistakes. This actually is much better than providing a restriction, since you can see that someone probably made an entry mistake and you can contact them to correct the error. You have the flexibility in reporting to filter on individual task hour entries or total...

Re: Login Dashboard in New Experience - Workfront 15-07-2020
Howard, @Brian Haight‚ told me you have some specific reports/dashboards set up for issues, which he's using to track asset production. Those will need to be added to layout templates in the new experience. It's probably best to get on a call, look at the original dashboards for issues on a project, and re-create these with the new experience layout templates. Brian is on PTO right now, but I'll be glad to help you with this.
