Ability to add a custom default filter in the workload balancer - Workfront 12-02-2021
Ability to create a global filter and set it as the default for all users in the Workload Balancer. Based on how each organization utilizes the tool, the current default is not helpful and causes extra items to be loaded taking time and causing delays for our end users.

Add the "Add Filter Rule" to Workload balancer and Resource pools. The ability to add robust filters in these areas cuts down the need to create additional items such as teams in the tool. THe other resource areas have this ability and it is not consistent across the tool.

Planned vs Actuals by Job Role on completed projects - Workfront 07-10-2019
All, Needs some guidance on this one. I'm trying to write a report that pulls by job role the planned hours vs the actual hours logged on all the tasks in a project. I'm able to create a view that pulls in these values, but the issue that I'm having is if there are multiple job roles on a task, the hours show under the first job role. Any thoughts would be great. Time - Workfront 31-07-2018
Hello Reporting Community. I'm trying to capture the time that an issue or task goes into a specific status for the first time. The catch is these items do not follow a specific flow of status changes. These items start off in "New" then can move into other status, but looking for the time difference from the New to the first status change. My thought was to created a calculated field for each status to capture the time, but unsure how to write the formula for the subtraction. Any help would be ...

Hours logged to a milestone task - Workfront 18-12-2017
Looking for any assistance in creating a report that shows the following: By project, user name and actual hours logged by the milestone. I have tried creating an hour report, but unable to get the milestone to appear. I have tried creating a task report, but unable to get the hours by the person who logged them. not tied to a matrix, can be a report with the milestones as distinct columns, any help would be appreciated.
