I had an issue where the Team wasn’t showing up in one of the Views on the Project, it was blank. Not the same thing, but it makes me think there are a couple things where Teams are buggy. They fixed it pretty quickly after I reported it.

We were told it’s not possible. Instead we upload the html via ftp to a test page on our server using and use the link in the proof, that way you get a live email to proof including testing the links.

Ah ha! That was my bad language using “staff” to mean “a staff member” and now your answer makes perfect sense, though not for my specific case. He assigns one person to each task, sorry for the confusion.

I would add that it should also be a field that can be selected for a report or a column to view which tasks have "work on it" clicked. OR the Task Status changes to a certain identifier based on the "work on it" being clicked.
