I did see it and I'm going to add the link to my training document, thanks for reminding me. However, I'm wondering if anybody can access the Training Site without setting them up with a login. I can't tell if this is on Ascent or not – also confusing to me, I'm never sure where I'm logged in! I've had so much trouble getting the passwords to work on Ascent – and then serious confusion about why it has a different password – meaning many emails and phone calls from users who can't login because ...

Re: Exporting Proofs to PDF - Workfront 15-03-2018
I'm a little worried about this. We are just launching and our designers like to work on edits on the long train ride home (with no wifi) so they print/download the PDF and make the edits on their laptops. The way the comments print are not great and they are skeptical, but won't really know until we have our first long and complicated PDF proof live and in action. Statuses - Workfront 14-03-2018
Hi I've been thinking about Custom Statuses and how we might use them creatively but then found out that only people with a Planner license have access to change a Status, which really limits their usage. Does anybody know a workaround for that? (I know there are other methods for communicating a status, but the Status icon is so prominent on a Project that it seems an ideal place to be noticed.) Reviewer Training Deck? - Workfront 13-03-2018
Hi We are getting ready to send out the first proofs for review to people who are not licensed users and are all over the world. While I think it's very intuitive as to how to make comments and submit a decision, my users aren't so convinced. I found a video on youtube that is a pretty good training 3-minute training, but it is from 2012 and so it's a bit out of date. I'm wondering if anybody has a training document they are willing to share that I can distribute to unlicensed reviewers? Thanks!...

Saving a custom form during the Request Process - Workfront 06-03-2018
So I went through my practice onboarding training (we launch next week!) with one of our managers and I literally got stuck at Step 1 - Make a Request Using a Custom Form. She said that when she fills out requests (currently a Word document that gets emailed) she works on it over the course of a few days, filling it in as she gains more information about the project. I spent a bunch of time on the phone with Workfront on the Resource Management module. Since I'm new to Workfront it's been really confusing because what I saw a month ago isn't the same as what it looks like now.
