Re: Conference Logistics Templates - Workfront 23-05-2022
There are a few options. I would create the plan and the tasks as normal, entering the proper estimates, predecessors, etc. and see where your Conference Start Day ends up in your plan. If it's late, you know how late you are and you can investigate tasks to see where you can "crash the schedule" (cut tasks or add people, etc.). Then after getting the plan where you want, as you update your plan each week, you'll see exactly where you are and if you're in trouble or not. The earlier you know tha...

Re: Allow “Mass Collapse” of all parent tasks that are 100% complete - Workfront 12-11-2021
Just an FYI - this can currently be accomplished by using a Filter called "Incomplete Tasks" or whatever you want to call it. The Text Mode code for it is:statusEquatesWith=CPLstatusEquatesWith_Mod=neI think this accomplishes what you're asking (unless there's a piece I'm missing).

Default to Current Iteration (New Experience) - Workfront 30-12-2020
In Classic view when opening a Team the default page that was opened was the Current Iteration. In the New Experience it defaults to ALL Iterations. This is useless and causes an extra click for no valid reason. It should default to the Current Iteration as it did before. Or better yet, allow the customer to choose the default page (via settings).

When an Issue is converted from an Issue to a Task include the tagged people/team in Updates/Comments - Workfront 17-07-2020
When an Issue is converted to a Task and someone has already added an Update or Comment in the Issue, the update makes it to the Task, but it does not display who was tagged. This can be confusing when someone starts to work the Task and doesn't know how the update went to.When someone opens an Issue/Request and someone adds and update/comment the update and the tagged people/team should display as well.

I did see this response, if that is what you were testing. Erica – I am also a PM and would be willing to jump on a screen share to help with a timeline if you wish. Please let me know if you still need this. Thanks. Re: Hiding/Reducing the Sandbox Preview Blue Bar - Workfront 02-04-2020
OK Thanks. One other thing to note that I noticed. So as I mentioned I get a lot of posts in email. The way I manage those is to sort my Inbox by Subject so I can group all the replies to that thread together. It looks like the new way adds a prefix to the subject line to include who’s replying. This would effectively remove that tool from my toolbox. It is useful to know who replied (i.e. if I see Doug replied, I know it’s resolved and I don’t need to reply üòä), but having the responder show ...

Re: Hiding/Reducing the Sandbox Preview Blue Bar - Workfront 02-04-2020
Thanks Kyna, I now realize our thread is under the post about Hiding/Reducing the Sandbox Preview Blue Bar. Is there perhaps a way to move it to a more pertinent topic line? I sense this topic will get less traffic than one talking about how we see posts. Re: Hiding/Reducing the Sandbox Preview Blue Bar - Workfront 01-04-2020
I have to agree with Doug here. It appears Workfront's game plan is to add more clicks to every aspect of their product. I'm not a fan of that. In this case I assume the goal is to lessen the emails (and subsequent responses) we get that we may not care about or be able to help with. I do appreciate that effort. However, if you make me click into the community page to Like something so I receive more emails on it, I will never do that. Thus, I would effectively end up dropping out of the communi...
