I agree, I didn't even turn this functionality on for our team members because it's the same process as our current state, we save a word doc to the documents section for us to explain using scenarios with show screenshots. Screenshots within the updates box would be ideal and a step saver for our team members. As excited as we were to have screenshots in the updates sections it's still not usable for our team. I agree, I feel that the reference number should be displayed with ease vs, clicking around outside of your current view. I also think the project header should incorporate the Ref. number automatically. We too do extra manual work to populate the reference number.

Skye, I loved this answer and I logged in as that user and added info to all the untitled calendars and thought we were on to something. It didn't work the delete option is still not showing up and yet it shows it on the documentation in WF One. I did upgrade her access to include deleting reports and calendars as well. I really appreciate your effort and I thought it was going to be resolved with your answer. Thank you again, have a great week.

Hi WF Team, just wondering if there are any updates on how to delete a calendar for a non-admin user. I too went into the user account access and selected edit/ allowed to delete reports and calendars. As an admin, I logged in as her and couldn't see the Delete option for this user. I logged off and tried it again and still Delete didn't display in her dropdown. These are her calendars, listed as Untitled, or labeled as Delete so she is the owner. In the new Using New Experience, Select Issue, Select Edit, and in the Entry and Updates section of the issue details, select any dates, open calendar in the second screenshot (2nd pic). Ability to select AM PM using the dropdown. Calendar in New Experience Consistent - Workfront 12-01-2021
In New Experience the Issue Details page consists of Entry and Updates section and once you select the calendar the Classic view appears with the drop-down for AM/PM in the calendar. (see attached. right on the same page the Issue Dates calendar dates, you have to double click and select the time and then you have to type AM or PM instead of drop-down like classic, no consistency and this is all on the same page. Hi All, this is frustrating at times, I believe it date stamps the date/time that you are creating that task to start, so we always change it back to 8am with start date and the end date with a 5 pm end time. this helps keep the dates and durations in sync, (most of the time). I would like to see it always default to the 8 am start time. So what happens to us is if we start a task in the afternoon and give a 3 day duration to that line item it will push it out further based on the start time not...

Hi Kirsten, We do the same as you. We don't allow users to delete comments and when we (THE WF SYSTEM ADMINS) are made aware of a delete request, I change the current access level for that user to allow delete comments then I log in as that person to delete it, then change the access back to original state.
