Re: Subtasks - That don't change the parent Task - Workfront 20-07-2018
I'm guessing you're using Agile and having trouble moving cards across the board at will? Or just not wanting the subtasks to affect the parent task status. Either way, it's the same fix. On your project settings for each project, you need to have your summary mode and summary completion mode set to manual. This will allow your cards to truly be drag and drop and not inherit status from their subtasks. Melissa Davis Lockton Affinity

Re: Clear complete tasks from "my work" & show % complete - Workfront 28-06-2018
Totally agree - QA is typically marking tasks as done in our company which means NOBODY is ever using the I'm Done button. This has rendered the My Work tab completely useless because everything still shows there.

Have custom form and native task details in one view - Workfront 16-05-2018
It's frequently a problem that you can't view the task details and custom forms in one view on a task. Workers have too many clicks to find all the details they need to complete a request.

Ability to see Project Name in task details - Workfront 16-05-2018
Currently, project cannot be found on the task details tab. Sometimes, this can be found in the breadcrumbs. However, sometimes it's not there (ex. if task is in an iteration). I usually have to create a view with project name in it to find where it lives.

Re: Allow moved task to retain original Requested By - Workfront 16-05-2018
Yes! This is a huge problem for us. We've had to create a custom field and manually type it in so we don't lose this detail.

Re: Allow an Admin To Remove the Ad Hoc (aka Personal) Task Functionality - Workfront 08-05-2018
This would be extremely helpful because this screws up our reporting when people track time to ad hoc tasks.

Deactivating a user should remove them everywhere - Workfront 16-03-2018
When a user is deactivated, they should be removed everywhere. I keep finding little easter eggs of old users and can't even begin to find all the places they need to be removed. Examples, assignments on templates, sharing on projects created from templates, custom views sharing. The only thing that should remain, is a history of what they did. They should not still have views and such shared with them or newly created projects shared/assigned.

Re: Bulk Convert Issues to Tasks - Workfront 15-11-2017
This will no longer be needed once the capability to have issues on the board is re-released. This can be closed.

Bulk Convert Issues to Tasks - Workfront 15-03-2017
I would like the ability to bulk convert issues to tasks and keep the original requestor. Use case (software development): after regression testing cycle, many issues are released into production. We move the open issues as tasks to the backlog but currently have to do them one by one. I would like the ability to convert them in bulk AND keep the original requestor on the task. Currently when you convert, it makes the person converting the issue the requestor.

Re: Kanban view - Workfront 15-03-2017
This is a large need for us. We have a couple of teams that would better lend to Kanban but are not able due to system limitations. To add here, we'd want the ability (not required) to set due dates on stories rather than having to do a sprint that dictates the dates. To be clear, some teams would still use that feature if they are working in scrum, but Kanban should not have this since it is continuous.
