Yes. I'm getting reports from some of my people they are getting a popup box when accessing proofs. The message apparently either isn't going away after selecting OK or comes up each time they access a proof regardless of clicking the OK. See below/attached. At least one user was not able to Make Decision on a proof though I was able to when logged in as that user. We have also be fully transitioned for months (on Workfront side). Funny! But no. We never use All Activity. Most are Decisions, Replies to My Comments or Daily Activity with stakeholders as Disabled most of the time -- unless its a hot proof which they may get reminders or a high-touch situation where they might get Replies to My Comments.

In-App Notifications Proof ALL Comments - Workfront 26-05-2022
How can we remove the in-app (Workfront Core New Experience Production) notifications for every comment on a proof to which someone is assigned? These are not directed/tagged comments which would be fine but our core users are having multi-hundreds of notifications in-app very quickly and they begin not to use them. This in turn creates issues with missing important Update Notifications where they are targeted and the relevant responses.

Directed Comments in Proofs - Workfront 22-02-2022
We use automatic workflow templates for proofs and run into issues when someone from one stage addresses ('at-sign' name) another reviewer that is in a later stage within the Workflow. I'm told that the recipient cannot reply until their stage. Anyone else having (or had) this issue and, if so, how are you addressing it?

@Anthony Imgrund‚ and Samantha, good afternoon! We also use multiple stages. How might we best address these to issues?Our process is to have our internal reviewers go first. If Changes Required is selected it intentionally does not move forward. As you mentioned, this can be bottleneck but also prevents glaring issues from being showcased to Stakeholders. We encountered issues with Active Directory and Workfront (Classic) that meant we were not able to use the queue approval process to automatically path it to users supervisors without manually maintaining the organizational changes/alignments within Workfront.
