Yes, this. Our people are confused by the Name field We would have issues if the name generated the same thing for each request - need them to be unique. The consistent task names are already an issue in the scheduling area and some lists. Like Skye mentioned We need the auto numbering option for job We would find value in connecting to pre-existing field on the custom form as Skye mentioned. I read that Workfront will be reverting this change. Not sure where that leaves all those that requested...

Hi Skye, Our designers and project managers have been using the Proof aspects only for the last year. We're just now onboarding our Campaign Managers, Project Managers and Creative team to Workfront Core, soon followed by other teams. The Work On It button is already confusing them and like I've seen in other posts makes them feel like there are too many steps in interacting with Workfront on the tasks and issues. Hi Skye, In your example, "e.g. 2018 Marketing, 2019 Marketing, 2020 Marketing" scenarios, are you building each from scratch year over year? We have recurring campaigns-some annual, some quarterly and some monthly. It would seem to significantly simplify things for our Managers if they could copy/duplicate a Program and its contents. Greetings! We're new to using the project templates within Workfront but have had step-by-step task-based cycle time templates in use for years in other systems. We know what the dates should come out to and that they are not. Sometimes the timing is off by days, a week. Other times a single tasks or parent/child family will be off by a full month or more.
