Re: Agile Iteration Planning - Iterations planned months out - Workfront 05-10-2016
I forgot to mention we use iteration planning (request queue) for reporting services. There is a need to plan months out when certain deployments are needed at a specific time. One of the requirements for creating a new iteration is to have at least one task to place within that iteration...you can't create iterations with nothing in them. When you create iterations months out, you need to create a temporary hold 'task' until an actual task is scheduled. I was wondering if there was an easier wa...

Custom Forms In My Group - Administrative Access - Workfront 03-10-2016
Does anyone utilize the "Custom Forms in My Group" adminstration access option for Planners? In our area, we have an auton omous group that utlizes the request queue for a couple of different purposes. It would be nice to be able to have a super-user be responsible for maintaining the form. However, I wouldn't want all Planners to have this type of access. Any insight?

Re: Emails when people are assigned tasks - Workfront 29-09-2016
When someone assigns an issue to a user that someone is getting an email error. There doesn't seem a way to shut that off. Agile Iteration Planning - Iterations planned months out - Workfront 27-09-2016
I was wondering how some of you go about setting up iterations months in advance. I've had to create a task for each iteration (example: FY17 Week 1 - 2; FY17 Week 3-4) and so on. Is there an easier way?

Hi, Nate. Is Office 365 about integrating Outlook with Workfront. Also, when will this testing begin? Thank you! Susan

Re: Using Request Queue for System Access Requests ~ Approvals - Workfront 20-09-2016
Thank you, Greg! That is what I figured. I think the best solution is to revisit our current process of handling these types of request and create solutions/modifications that will allow the utliziation of Workfront. Creating queue topics for each manager would be quite laborious when it comes to maintenance.

Using Request Queue for System Access Requests ~ Approvals - Workfront 19-09-2016
I was wondering if anyone on this board uses the request queue for high volume access type requests where managers needs to approve requests and where there are over 100 managers (users) from different areas. If so, how did you go about the setup request queue setup, queue topics setup and routing rules. One approach I had was to create queue topics that consist of manager names and from there create a routing rule when manager was selected from Request Queue it would be directly routed to them....
