Ok – Situation Resolved. The original registration email that I received
a couple of months ago had a link to use for booking. That link kept
showing nothing available. I called the hotel and the reservationist had
me go back to Workfront.com/leap , click on the register now, click on
already registered, enter my confirmation number and email and then at
the top of the screen there was "Book Hotel" button. I clicked on that
link and available rooms then showed up. Hopefully this helps someone
