Re: Mass Swap Across all Current Projects - Workfront 18-10-2019
Hi Jordyn, We have to do this a couple times a year when resources change. I have a Task report and in the Filters for the report, use Assignment Users > ID. I run it on the person that needs to be swapped out. Then, looking at the report, I select all tasks, edit, and change the resource. Head's up though, depending on the new resource's communication choices, she may get bombarded with emails saying she's been assigned a task. I recommend sending her an FYI before doing the swap...just in case...

Re: Rejected Issues Show Under Complete - Workfront 03-10-2019
Thanks Rochelle. I confirmed that the statuses are set correctly but the open issues that had been closed > rejected > back to new or in progress are still showing in the Complete tab of Requests. Since I couldn't find any other areas in Setup that may help with this, I'm submitting a ticket this morning. Thanks for the advice! Michelle Jackson Colony Brands, Inc.

Rejected Issues Show Under Complete - Workfront 02-10-2019
Recently, we have noticed issues that have been rejected are staying under the Complete tab under Requests. This is causing confusion and for the items to not be looked at. The actual issue stays In Progress, but it's location moves to Complete. We would like it to stay under Open. I'm wondering if anyone has noticed this and feel this is an issue? Hi Lila, We have the end user do the clicking. In the beginning, we would have those that wouldn't mark their tasks complete. At first, I would go in and mark tasks done that I knew were done, but we have so many projects, it would take a good portion of the day to research all of them. Thankfully, we have a very supportive manager, and he said not do to that. Re: Templates from Planned Start vs. Planned Completion Date - Workfront 20-09-2019
We use Completion Date for almost all projects because of hard deadlines, and our tasks are set to As Late As Possible because of availability to various physical resources required by the people assigned can change if done too early. Pros: When setting up the project, the start date (based on template) will tell me if we have enough time or if adjustments need to be made. It also shows if someone's vacation is in the middle of the project (we have preset assignments where we do not have teams)....

Home: Team Links in List Goes to Users Page - Workfront Archived Groups 17-09-2019
We use the team links at the bottom of of the task list on the Home page, but each time I click on the link to take me to my team page, it takes me to the Users page instead of the team task list. The only way to see the work assigned is to search for my team name and go in that way. Is anyone else having this issue? Michelle Jackson Colony Brands, Inc.

This is why we require our workers to avoid looking at commit dates. We show them how to default their work view and projects to see only planned completion dates. Every now and then the work view will flip back to commit dates, and I then get questions of why their dates don't show correctly. We have been doing the following for a couple of years, and it's been working well for us. 1) Copy approvals using Google docs 2) Design approvals by uploading PDFs in Workfront Proof 3) The email is coded, uploaded and a Litmus test is done to see if there are any issues with email clients 4) We use the "can't see email" url to generate a page in Workfront Proof to review issues with links Thanks! If I'm understanding your question, there are a few ways to do this. When you click on your name (under your avatar), there should be a tab called Updates. It shows everything that you commented on. As for notifications, if you are not seeing ones you've commented on, check your Notifications under My Settings and make sure " Someone comments on a thread I'm in" is checked. Once you've made a comment inside that Update, you should afterwards always see in your notifications any responses made in...
