Does the resolved project name work as a hyperlink in your platform? It's not working in name or in the status icons in our instance, yet it shows it as a URL...

See Issue Task/Project Was Created From - Workfront 06-06-2017
Is there an easy way to see the issue a task was created from? I have a TON of intake queues set up, and we generate a TON of issues. Most of those get turned into a task or a project, and when the task or project is closed, it resolves the issue. That said, we have a lot of open issues, and being able to see at a glance, either in the task or a custom report, which originating queue issues are now associated with a corresponding task/project would be invaluable. Does anyone know how to do this,...

Re: Custom Form Carry Over When Converting from Issue to Task/Project - Workfront 28-04-2017
Kelly, Thank you for your response, and I understand how it works now. But it’s not very intuitive. I shouldn’t have to create an issues form, a task form and a project form, and when converting from an issue to a task, then select the correct task version of the form to ensure the information is migrated during the conversion. That should be automatic, and I shouldn’t have to upkeep 3 versions of the form. Regards, ____________________________________ Ian Plamondon

Custom Form Carry Over When Converting from Issue to Task/Project - Workfront 26-04-2017
It would be nice if we didn't have to create 3 copies of each forms, so that when a form is filled out during a queue, the data in the form automatically carries over when the issue it creates is converted to a task or project. Currently, we have to create 3 versions (issue/task/project) of each form, and then the supervisor doing the conversion/assignment of an issue to a staff member, has to ensure they are adding the task or project version of the form when they convert that issue and assign ...

Multiple Teams on Single Task - Workfront 24-03-2017
It would be great if I could assign multiple teams to the same task. Currently, I allow my supervisors (resource managers) for their own teams chose who in their team is assigned a task, or someone in that team can take ownership of a task. I have tasks that require input from multiple teams, but I can't assign more than one team to the same task, so for those tasks it's not "business as usual", and I can't allow all the resource managers to chose whom to assign to a task...

Re: [CLOSED] - Attach Documents for Requester to Complete During Request Submission - Workfront 23-03-2017
Aye, we are doing the same, but linking it from a SharePoint URL. It would be nice to just be able to have it attached to the queue, similar to tasks, and if it tied into ProofHQ as well, that would be great...

Requester Custom Form Additons - Workfront 23-03-2017
It would be super to have the ability for the user to be able to add additional fields to a custom form. For example, I'm asking a user to provide equipment information, and have set out the 2-3 fields I need for each piece of equipment. It would be great if the user could push a +Add new xxx link or button, to replicate the previous 2-3 fields and fill that out, so they could add the 20 or so pieces of equipment directly into the form without the form creator having to create these many blank f...
