Is there a way to do this? This is the only way I can think of to track
the difference between our original planned timeline and the timeline as
the project actually progresses. I tried putting a custom field on a
project custom form for manual entry of the original date and then
trying a calculated field with date diff between that date and the
project planned completion, but it wouldn't work. Any ideas are helpful!
Thanks,
So, we use Workfront projects to track delivery of service. Our standard
schedule for a project is 9 months, our templates are set with planned
durations that reflect that. As work progresses, we update planned
dates, which makes the overall timeline longer or shorter. Is there a
way to indicate if a project is ahead or behind where it should be in
it's standard 9 month duration as work progresses? We do currently take a
baseline snapshot at the beginning of a project to capture the dates of

Allow for specific users, like automation accounts (test users, API

connection when a password changes.
Thanks Sam!This is very helpful. I'm specifically trying to get Notes
from certain Opps to be moved to certain projects, as part of an already
existing scenario. How can I integrate this? My current scenario has a
trigger module already, so I can't use the "watch for record"I'd like to
take Notes from the Opp that triggers the scenario and upload it to the
created project. Thanks!
My teams utilize notes and attachments sections on Salesforce Opps,
sometimes, we'd like those notes/attachments to automatically be added
to the Documents section of a Workfront project.Has anyone tried
this/knows if it's possible to do? Thanks so much!
Ok, I hope this makes sense....I have a report that compiles a lot of
specific information on a list of portfolios our system. Most of the
information is from the portfolio custom form. Each portfolio has a
linked folder in the documents section, that holds files relevant to
that portfolio. Typically that folder is actually linked in a project,
but is then accessible from the portfolio level. I have a user who would
like the portfolio report to show a view column with the portfolio's
linked fold...
